Amy has spent over twenty years in the creative industry in Hamilton including advertising agency, consultancy and in-house senior communications and marketing roles for a variety of Hamilton-based organisations.

Taking brands and businesses through digital transformation is a passion for Amy, who has worked with many businesses to develop their online presence, grow their brand online and develop their customer experience while still maintaining the personal touchpoints that generate lasting community.

SULAIKA (Sue) ESSELBRUGGE

Co Founder | Director I Marketing Specialist

Sue, short for Sulaika, brings over 20 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing and Sponsorship, with a strong connection to the professional sports industry. After earning her Bachelor of Management Communications with a major in Public Relations and Media, she moved to Spain, where she played a key role as an accommodation manager for America's Cup talent. This experience immersed her in the fast-paced world of international events, shaping her expertise in sponsorship and brand partnerships.

Sue thrives on helping brands grow through strategic PRand marketing, leveraging her experience working with major event organisers, sports teams, and in TV production sponsorship. She has a sharp eye for identifying opportunities that elevate businesses and build meaningful partnerships.

Born in Guatemala, Sue has a deep passion for travel and exploring different cultures, which gives her a unique perspective in building connections and creating impactful brand collaboration

SEANA NESBIT

Content Creator & Designer

Seana is a Content Creator and Designer with a Bachelor of Creative Media and experience across photography, videography, design and digital marketing. She works across a range of Collective Agency clients, creating engaging visual content with a strong marketing lens and a focus on making sure every piece of content has a clear purpose.

Marketing Coordinator

Bella is in her final year of a Bachelor of Communication, double majoring in Public Relations and Marketing. She brings a fresh perspective, strong communication skills and a keen interest in creating meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. Bella supports the team across a range of marketing, content and communications projects while continuing to build her practical industry experience.

Digital Specialist

Adhish is adigital marketing specialist with over 8 years of experience across agency and in-house senior marketing roles. He specialises in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and email marketing, helping businesses identify the right digital channels to drive measurable growth.

With a strong focus on return on investment, Adhish creates and manages performance-driven campaigns designed to generate revenue, improve visibility and support long-term business growth. His experience across a wide range of industries allows him to combine strategic thinking with hands-on digital expertise to deliver campaigns that are practical, targeted and results-focused.

KATRINA WILSON

Web Designer & Brand Specialist

Katrina is the Web Designer and Brand Development Specialist at Collective Agency, bringing over 20 years of experience in design, branding and digital to the team. With a Bachelor of Media Arts and experience working both in New Zealand and overseas, she brings a broad creative perspective to the projects she works on.

Katrina is the creative behind turning concepts into brands, websites and visual experiences that feel distinctive and considered. She loves bringing ideas to life visually, finding fresh ways to solve problems and creating work that feels unique rather than simply following what’s already been done.

She works across a range of Collective Agency clients, bringing a mix of experience, creativity and a little bit of flair to every project.

Photographer & Videographer

Sarah is a Photographer and Videographer with a Bachelor of Communication, double majoring in Public Relations and Media. With a strong background in real estate and lifestyle content, she works across a range of Collective Agency clients, capturing high-quality imagery and video with a strong eye for storytelling, detail and brand. Her communications background adds a strategic lens to her creative work, helping ensure content not only looks great, but connects with the right audience.
